| 1 | Cleaning and sweeping of all types of covered area including dusting of doors, windows with all fittings & fixtures. All floors to be scrubbed and cleaned well . The work includes collection, loading, unloading and disposal of garbage/ waste/ refused materials to designated dumping ground , all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note:1. The rate is inclusive of dumping charges if any.2. The agency shall submit clearly visible GPS Photographs for each cleaning day.3. Any challan/penalty issued by any statutory body such as NGT, MCD, CPCB etc. for non-cleaning or unhygenic condition of the premise shall be borne by the agency. |
