Tender For Rate Determination Of Software For Online Payment Auto-Reconciliation Tool 1. Automatic Technical Reconciliation The Transactions Between The Existing Erp System And The Payment Gateway/Aggregator Shall Be Automatically Reconciled. The Reconciliation Shall Include Verification Of Details Such As Transaction Id, Payment Gateway Transaction Id, Amount, Transaction Status, Date & Time, And Other Relevant Transaction Details. 2. Technical Exception Report - A Separate Technical Exception Report Shall Be Made Available For Identifying Pending, Failed, Mismatched, Duplicate, And Missing Transactions, As Well As Callback/Api Failures And Data Synchronization Failures, Other Technical Exception. 3. Automatic Resolution In Existing Erp System - The System Shall Provide Facilities For Automatic Resolution, Reprocessing, And Status Update Of Technical Exceptions Wherever Resolution Is Possible Based On Predefined Rules. 4. Transaction Status Verification And Update Facility - If A Transaction Is Successful In The Payment Gateway But Remains Pending Or Not Updated In Existing Erp System, The Tool Shall Verify The Transaction Status With The Payment Gateway. 5. Dashboard And Alerts - For Technical Exceptions That Cannot Be Resolved Automatically, Shall Provide An Exception Dashboard, Exception Report, And Necessary Automatic Alerts For Timely Monitoring And Further Action. 7. Integration With Existing System 6. Transaction Logs / Audit Trail - The System Shall Maintain Transaction Logs / Audit Trails Containing All Necessary Transaction Details And Technical Processing Information.
