| 1 | Supply and install hi wall split units inverter type with indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum BEE 5 Star rating ,electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR with non CFC refrigerant/ecofreindly R-32 refrigerant suitable for continuous operation at ambient temperature upto 50 degree Celsius or above including making electric connection with 4 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit ,copper pipe required to connect outdoor unit and indoor unit and suitable size PVC pipe having nylon threaded reinforcement for condensed water from indoor unit to outside the bldg drain complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Outdoor unit should be mounted on suitable size bracket embedded in the wall/roof as recommended by the manufacturer.Rate quoted by the contractor should include the cost of all above accessories no extra payment will be made.(b) Copper condenser coil of outdoor unit necessary. |

| 8 | Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. |
