The item is catered for extreme emergencies of AFS and accordingly the contractor shall commence the work by arranging all labour within 8-10 hours of notice by Engineer-in-Charge, failing which Rs. 30,000/- per day beyond the prescribed period shall be levied. |

Note :(i) Machine listed above shall be issued by the department All operators should have heavy vehicle driving licence to operate the eqps/ Machniery. (ii) Time period of operation hours shall be 10-12 Hrs per Job and operator and labour shall be available as reqd by dept. (iii) All safety eqpts like Googles, Dangry (dress), Gum boot, Gloves shall be provided by vendor for operator during the exercise. |

Testing of all eqpts shall be completed within 2 to 3 days in a month period.(c) Necessary top up of fuel, radiator coolant, brake fluid, sterring, hydraulic oil etc., tightening of battery terminals, washing and greasing of vehicles, shall be carried out by operator during testing. (Fuel/oil shall be provided by dept). |
| 12 | Notes: 1. IMDM machine & rapid setting grout cement will be provided by the Dept./ AF authority free for fixing / using.2. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for shifting of IMDM machine from MES/ AF yard to site and back and handling & transportation of Rapid grout cement in 1200 Kg polythene bags from MES store to place of work.Notes common for all items of BoQ:(a) The contractor is required to procure complete quantities of stone boulders, and stack them where directed within 10 days from the date of commencement of the work, failing which penalty at Rs. 10,000/- per day beyond the prescribed period shall be levied.(b). The item is catered for extreme emergencies of AFS and accordingly the contractor shall commence the work by arranging all T&P and labour within 24 hours of notice by Engineer-in-Charge, failing which Rs. 30,000/- per day beyond the prescribed period shall be levied.
