| 5 | Supply and laying of approved black clay soil on the existing cricket pitch in layers not exceeding 1.5 cm thickness, including breaking of clods, spreading, watering, rolling with a 500 kg capacity hand roller, dressing, fine levelling by providing the required ground staff, and all incidental works necessary to maintain the cricket pitch in proper playing condition, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall include comprehensive maintenance of the cricket pitch for a period of one year from the date of completion, including levelling of the pitch by using a 500 kg capacity hand roller at least once every month, watering, dressing, and supplying and laying additional approved black clay soil, wherever required, to maintain the desired profile, levels, and playing surface, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge |
