| 4 | The contractor shall Operate & maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hours without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification mentioned in Section-5. 1.
