Supply Of procurement and fixing of l type workstation. , procurement and fixing of l type workstation size length 1475 mm width 1350 mm depth 60 0 mm height 750 mm/ 1200mm material -plywood laminated with pedestal drawer w400mmxd450xht600 mm supplying & fixing of ltype workstation size:-(l 1475 mm x w1350 x 600 x 750mm/1050mm ht), wo rkstation under structure 25mm square pipe (durable steel) thickness 24g, 1) legs-made out 19mm mr gr ade plywood over 1mm merino sf color laminate with required pasting and 1.3mm edge band. 2) horizont al common separation panel of width 120mm (along the length 1475mm) and side partition:-55mm mm thi ck aluminium frame (incorporating pinup board and marker board along 1350mm width)& tile based low he ight partition of 1200mm height partition of modular grid system consisting of crca steel framework with f rame and tile system powder coating. provideflocked fabric high density soft board (high tack) surface (9m m to 12mm thick) for pinup board with anodized aluminium frame. white marker board (resin coated steel or melamine suitable for dry erase marker) glossy no ghosting surface. 3) table top-made out 19mm mr gr ade plywood over 1mm merino sf color laminate (table top should be single piece without joint and curved at centre) with required pasting and 1.3mm edge band (corners to have smooth finish) with provision for k eyboard drawer. 4) cutting for 9-modular switchboard and a separate dual lan socket provision on commo n separation (along length 1475mm/beneath the 120mm horizontal separation) lan cutting 8.5x8.5 cm, sw itch board cutting 25cmx8.5 cm raceway of diameter 5cm for running insulated copper wire and separate r aceway of diameter 5.5cm for running lan cable. storage area above flushed switchboard. 5) supplying of pedestal drawer (with wheels), size:-w400mmxd450mmxht600mm. drawer pedestal comprises of2 pul-ou t drawers (equal size). the drawer top, and side panels including the drawer facias is made out of 16mm pl y with laminate, the back of the drawer unit is made from 06mm ply with laminate. all the exposed edges are concealed with machined pressed 0.8mm pvc lipping. the units are assembled by knockdown fittings s uch as minifix& dowels. the drawer boxes are mounted on rollers slides to enable smooth operation of the drawer. the filing drawers are mounted on slides with ball bearings. the pedestals shall have central lockin g mechanism. the handles etc. (ebco make locks or similar) loading and unloading of all parts to be ensur ed by supplier.
