ERW casing pipe, complete as per IS: 2800 (Part 1), including hire and running charges of all equipment, tools, plants and machineries required for the job, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.the job includes Supplying, assembly (including welding), lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) 200 mm dia. with 7.1 mm thickness, Fe 410 bevel-ended M.S. casing pipe, conforming to IS: 4270 (for bore well), of reputed and approved make, including painting of inside and outside surfaces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved brand, including handling, loading, unloading and transportation of M.S. casing pipe up to the location of bore well. |

| 5 | SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water cooled and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets duel run to be installed in drilled bore well . The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler, for safeguard the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034: 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pump set should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompanied by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories .The job includes labour part for installation and pipe fittings . Excluding the cost of riser pipes but including the cost of steel rope, cables clamps, and nuts bolts etc., jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect as per the direction and approval of the site Engineer. total Head = 75 -80 mtrs with head losses, discharge required is 5 lps, Motor capacity need is 7.5 KW (10HP) outlet coyumn pipe is 80mm supply installation of Flow meter , isolation valve, NRV, Borewell Head plate with pipe line upto to water resvior head complete needed at site |
