MS trailer of portable diesel engine pump sets at Kilokri SPS by carrying out following work:- Dismantling of 12.5 BHP portable diesel engine set Kirloskar make model SP4L from trailer base frame & other rusted elements i/c MS base frame, wheels & Rim & canopy of the same. |
| 2 | Providing / Fixing of 8’x4’ size MS base frame with MS channel of 150x75mm size frame with cross support of 100x50mm size channel complete as required i.e. as per original size & shape i/c cartage T&P etc. |
| 3 | Repairing of damaged / rusted canopy by P/F 1mm tk MS sheet, angle of 35x35x4mm Tk & 25x25x3mm Tk to make the height of 6’ size & top size of 8’x4’ complete job. |
| 4 | Replacement of towing hook of I shape, circular swivel & axles etc. refitting of kamani with new ‘U’ shape clamps & fasteners. |
| 5 | Providing of 8 Nos.1mm MS sheet mudguards with angle support of 35x35x4mm Tk as per original size & shape. |
| 6 | Replacement of lubricant oil & change of filter of diesel engine & cleaning of parts etc. & filling diesel in the engine tank. |
| 7 | Re-fixing of both diesel engine on trailer base frame with perfect alignment & with new nut bolts & washer etc. |
