Name of Work:- Repairing & Servicing / Overhauling of HT Incomer panel & allied OCBs at Kilokri New SPS.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Repairing & Servicing / Overhauling of ‘Yorkshire’ imported make 6.6 KV HT Panel Incomer & allied OCBs of 30 MGD pump set No. 7, 8 & 9 at Kilokri New SPS by carrying out following jobs:-Dismantling of HT Incomer’s imported 6.6 KV OCBs with all required safety parameters. Job including dust blowing & cleaning with MTO etc.
2Repairing of pole bridge assembly as per requirement.
3Replacement of tulip contacts as per original size.
4Replacement of cluster contacts as per original size.
5Replacement of PT ratio 6.6/110 volts as per original.
6Replacement of CT ratio 50/5 as per original.
7Repairing ON/OFF operational handle assembly.
8Top up of Transformer oil. Make:- Savita / Power oil.
9Insulation of bus bar with the help of HT tape & coating of epoxy paint etc. as required complete in all respect.
10Assembling charge for incomer panel & allied OCBs including cartage cost of minor item as required to complete the job in all respect.
