BODY: Supply of materials and Fabrication works of full Body structure of size 18 feet length x 8 feet breadth x 2.5 feet height. Providing and fixing body long beams-2 Nos of size 5\\"X3” cross channel - 9 Nos of size 100X50X5mm. body angle 50X50X5mm, and 5mm chequered plate flooring. Providing 3mm thick body side sheets. Wheel mudguard - 4 Nos. made of 18 SWG sheet, U clamp – 10Nos and body hook-24 Nos. Supply and fixing danger Grill 2-Nos, rear door arrangements andside body panels complete. Providing battery box 1-No with Locking arrangement.Fabrication and providing of suitable loading spring plate at front and rear sides of the vehicle. The work includes complete fabrication, welding, gas cutting, grinding, finishing, fitting and labour charges. ELECTRICAL WORK: Supply and Installation of complete electrical system including headlight doom assembly-2 set, head light bulb-2 Nos, head light cut outer-1 No, Cabin top light-1 No, cabin top side indicator lights-2 Nos, Cabin rear focus light-1 No, reverse horn-1 No and Air horn – 1No. The scope includes 1complete wiring works with all necessary materials, testing and labour charges.
