The Job Further Includes Providing And Installing 10 Nos. Electrical Sockets, 20 Nos. Switches, Plugs, 04 Nos. Of 4-Ft Led Tube Lights, And 02 Nos. Exhaust Fans (1.5 Ft × 1.5 Ft) For Both Male And Female Sections 2. Repairing, Rewinding, Testing And Commissioning Of Existing Damaged Fountain Pump Motors Comprising 03 Nos. Of 5 Hp And 01 No. Of 1.5 Hp Capacity, By Way Of Complete Rewinding With Super Enamelled Copper Winding Wire Of Appropriate Gauge, Including Replacement Of Insulation (Class ‘B’/‘F’), Slot Insulation, Varnishing, Baking, Replacement Of Damaged Bearings, Bushes, Shaft Sleeves, Fasteners, And All Other Allied Components As Required, Complete In All Respects.The Work Includes Providing And Fixing Of Motor Starters (Star-Delta Type For 5 Hp Motors And Suitable Dol Starter For 1.5 Hp Motor) Of Required Capacity

The job further includes providing and installing 10 Nos. electrical sockets, 20 Nos. switches, plugs, 04 Nos. of 4-ft LED tube lights, and 02 Nos. exhaust fans (1.5 ft × 1.5 ft) for both male and female sections. Additionally, 2.5 sqmm cable shall be used as required at site for exhaust fan and lighting circuits. The scope of work also includes 04 Nos. LED bulbs, PVC Conduits clamps etc. All labour charges, material costs, transportation, and applicable taxes are included to complete the job in all respects. |
| 2 | Repairing, rewinding, testing and commissioning of existing damaged fountain pump motors comprising 03 Nos. of 5 HP and 01 No. of 1.5 HP capacity, by way of complete rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge, including replacement of insulation (Class ‘B’/‘F’), slot insulation, varnishing, baking, replacement of damaged bearings, bushes, shaft sleeves, fasteners, and all other allied components as required, complete in all respects.The work includes providing and fixing of motor starters (star-delta type for 5 HP motors and suitable DOL starter for 1.5 HP motor) of required capacity, complete with contactors, thermal overload relays, timers, MCB, control wiring, push buttons, and enclosure, duly wired and tested.The item further includes supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of new control valves of suitable size and rating and screen filters (15/25 mm or as required) complete with fittings, unions, nipples and necessary connections.The job also includes dismantling of existing motors, carriage to workshop and back, re-installation, alignment, testing, trial run, and commissioning of the system, including all labour, materials, T&P, transportation, loading/unloading, and all applicable taxes, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Repair of 15 Nos. Hydrants at Bagh-e-Bahu, which includes replacement of defective ball valves and hydrant nozzles, and replacement of damaged G.I. pipe sections wherever required. The job further includes the cost of all materials, labour components, transportation, fittings, testing, and all applicable taxes to complete the work in all respects.Repair to the existing irrigation system installed at Bagh-e-Bahu by replacing damaged pipeline 40 mm, 63mm and 75mm approximately 25 mtrs sections as per site requirements. The Job also includes Repair to HDPE Pipe Leakage @ 04 Nos approx. by way of excavating the land and then repairing the leakage point with the help of hot press welding machine and then again refilling the land properly. The job also includes excavation of Earth Work wherever required. The job also includes supply and fitting of control valve nipple, valve as required. The job includes the supply of all necessary materials, labour charges, transportation, fittings, jointing, testing, and all applicable taxes to complete the work in all respects.
