| 1 | Providing of 2000 GPH x 100 meter head submersible pumping unit along with submersible motor and cable including carriage up to actual site using mechanical transport, by head load or other means. Fabrication of 1 no graded M.S. adopter of Required dia of requisite length by way of welding of M.S. flange Required dia. at one end of the adopter and making outer threads on the other end of the adopter. The threads on the adopter should be properly meshing with inner thread of discharge outlet of submersible pump set so as to make an air tight fitting. Fitting firmly the threaded end of the adopter in the discharge outlet of the submersible pump set. Providing/fabrication of 1 no u shaped tie rod clamp of approx. – 3 mtr span fabricated out of 40 mm x 6mm M.S. flat and fitting of the tie rod clamp to the submersible pump set with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on the side of the clamps. Fabrication of GI column pipes quantity as per safe discharge position of bore well provided by boring agency each column pipe of length 10 ft. long out of 50mm dia. Fabrication of GI pipes by way of cutting GI pipes in required lengths and then providing and welding MS flanges to the each end of the pipe lengths in a precise manner exactly perpendicular to the column pipes around the periphery. Making of leak proof joints of submersible copper cables on motor side using patch roles & insulating tapes for connecting each lead of three core of submersible copper cables. Coming from motor Lowering of submersible pump set fitted with adopter and tie rod clamp along with fitting and lowering in sequence. column pipes 50 mm dia (Each 10 ft.long) one by one alongwith the 3 core submersible copper cables of adequate current carrying capacity The job includes placing one column pipe over the other in sequence and connecting with each other by tightening the nut bolts at the flanges with providing & insertion of rubber joint in between the flanges for making leak proof joints of the column pipes and lowering into the tube well step by step with the help of column pipes holding clamps and chain pulley block. The top most column pipe is to be connected with installed delivery line (to tank/to distribution) of the pump set by way of providing and inserting in between M.S. bend and fitting one end of M.S. bend on the M.S. column pipe and other end to the delivery line by fastening the nut-bolts of the flanges. Providing, laying and fitting of 10 mm sq three core submersible cable from pumpset to starter installed in pump room as per site requirement .Providing ,fitting and fabrication of overhead ms girder so as to help in lowering/extraction of submersible pumpset. Complete job includes cost of material , equipment, hire charges of tools ,tackles , loading/unloading charges etc. |
| 2 | Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 ampere rating, 3 phase, LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter alongwith allied works at pumping station Krimachi by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of 70A rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of 50A rating-1no., complete with all protection, safety and control devices / mechanism compatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating alongwith insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor .The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against:-Low voltage below 350 V, High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. In addition the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault / status for a speedy rectification of the system-- Separate LED fault / status indicators, LED phase indicators. Isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually.3 LED, contactor ‘COIL OK’, indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils. LED star & delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming / outgoing connections on no load and then on full load. Proper chemical earthing of equipment should be done. |
| 3 | Providing, carriage, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 100 KVA voltage stabilizer copper wound, first quality CRGO silicon steel core, naturally- oil cooled, manually operated, 12 gauge container chamber alongwith allied works at pumping station Krimachi (existing). Job includes providing of 100 KVA voltage stabilizer complete with mineral insulating oil, MCCB, change over switch complete with safety and protection devices etc. Job includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core armoured Al. cable of 120mm2 from electric pole to 200 ampere main switch in four leads approximately 50 meters length of each lead and further Providing and fitting of 50mm2 copper cable from 200 ampere main switch to voltage stabilizer 20 meters in length complete with insulation and thimbling. Providing, fitting of 200 ampere main switch, 250 ampere MCCB (50 KA breaking strength) – 2 no. . The voltage stabilizer should have 5 upwards steps and 2 downwards steps (or as per the specified voltage range) from the line voltage i.e. it should work from 180V to 400+5%. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment shall be done. Job further includes providing of mug starter – 1 no. for existing bore well at pumping station. Complete Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. |
