| 3 | Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning in replacement of old conventional type 4 pole structures and fuse units outdoor type 11 KV, 630 Amps, Non Extensible type, outdoor fixed type (IP54), RMU (Ring Main Unit) 6 way comprising of 06 Nos 630 Amp Vaccum circuit breaker. Incomer 3 Nos & 03 Nos outgoing. Inside robotically/ manually/TIG welded sailnless steel 304 (Non ferrite Non magnetic Grade) filled with SF6 gas at suitable pressure in accordance with the IEC, IEC-62271-103, tank having min thickness 3 (+/-) 0.5 mm having IP 67 degree of protection. The RMU tank shall provide full insulation, making the switchgear insentive to the environment with degree of protection of IP67. The RMU shall be suitable for operations at a height 1000m above sea level and at 40 degree ambient temperature without any derating. RMU should be provided with internal busbar as well as earthing busbar should be copper, padlock provisions & complete all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21KA/0.1 Sec as per IEC-62271-200. RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside the each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable sheilds. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP54 protection including raised foundation of suitable size, minimum 50cm above and 01 meter below the natural ground level all as per manufacturers drawing. The unit shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site all as speciffied & directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Note :- (i) Contractor shall submit the drawing alongwith technical specifications prior to purchase order for approval of accepting Officer. (ii) RMU Shall suitable for the locations having max ambient temp upto 55 degree celsius max relative humidity upto 100% max annual rain fall 200mm, seismic zone No 5, Climatic condition hot and humid (Tropical). (iii) RMU shall comply with standards of IEC 62271-200/IEC 60 298/IS 12729 : 1998, IEC 60129/IEC 62271-102/IS 9921, IES 60056/IS 13118:1991. (iv) Switch gear shall be designed such that the position of the different devices shall be visible to the operator on the front of the switch board easy to operated and prevent acess to all live parts during operation without the use of tools. There shall be no access to exposed conductors. (v) The SF6 gas shall comply with IEC 376, 376A, & 376B and shall be suitable for use in RMU under stipulated conditions. (vi) The SF6 tank shall be robotically welded stainless steel sheet of min thickness 3 (+/-) 0.5 mm and shall be sealed and no handling of gas required for 20 years of life span. Degree of protection of inner tank shall be of IP-67 (vii) The circuit breaker unit fitted with 3 x protection CTs (tape wound) of ratio 100-50A/1A, 5P10 class having low burden and trip coil and trip coil auxiliary switch assembly allowing the use of a self powered non directional IDMT (Inverse Definite Minimum Time) over current and earth fault relay of micro processor based Over Current setting variable from 10% to 200% while Earth Fault elements setting shall be veriable from 10% to 40%. The protection curves and all parameters shall be adjustable from touch panel. (ix) Contractor shall impart training to MES operators through OEM recommended technicians for operations and maintenance till the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost. |

Earth fault (Min setting 10%). |
