| 1 | Taking down existing shutters of any description, area exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | S&F factory-made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30 mm thick (style), consisting of a frame fabricated from M.S. tubes for the top and bottom rails. The M.S. frame shall be covered with heat-moulded plain-colour PVC ‘C’ channels, incorporating 20 mm wide PVC sheet strips fixed inside with solvent cement for the stiles, and plain-colour PVC sheets provided for the top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on both sides, including gap inserts for the top and bottom rails. Panelling of plain-colour PVC sheets shall be fitted into the M.S. frame and securely welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, with joints properly bonded using solvent cement, including supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed. |
