| 1 | Repairing & strengthening of foundation for the 16 MGD Pump set no -2 at Andrews Ganj Sewage Pumping Station. by carrying out the following works:- Closing the sluice valve at suction & delivery side and disconnecting the power supply of the pump-set from LRS and electric Panel and covering the disconnected cables with tapes with proper safety & precautions with the help of all T&Ps as required. |
| 2 | Dismantling of pump & motor from each other, shifting both from old MS base-frame with the help of departmental EOT crane, by cutting the rusted nut & bolts by gas cutter & electric welding-set etc. with the help of specialized labour, and providing/fixing of blind flanges with rubber sheet, MS nut & bolt and fasteners etc. at suction & delivery ends as required to stop any leakage of sewage. |
| 3 | Fabrication of new M.S. base frame of size 2750mmX1350mm by MS Channel Size 150X75X8 mm , sections, plates & flats etc. as required by cutting, sizing, welding, Grinding & drilling etc. with proper cross support etc. and making 10 holes for S.S. Foundation bolts. |
| 4 | Grouting of M.S foundation nut-bolts of size 25mm. as required. -10Nos. |

| 7 | Fixing of MS base frame on foundation bolts as per requirement, re-installation/reassembling of pump-set as earlier on the new base frame, removal of blind flanges from delivery and suction side, re-bolting/tightening the pump with suction and delivery side properly with the help departmental EOT by using neoprene sheet, fasteners and studs etc. with all safety measures and checking the leakage from pump by operating the suction and delivery sluice valves etc. as required. |

| 9 | Painting the new base frame by red oxide (2 coats) & black paint (3 coats) as per existing site requirement and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. |
