Supply Of dry silica sand for locomotive , dry silica sand for locomotive with specification - clean silica sand, free from clay , loams, mica and other foreign material as per specification no. m-916-51 (revised 1994), main fr action grain size ( 2mm to 600microns size) must be more than 40%, 600microns to 300microns sh ould be 40-50%, 300microns to 180microns should be 10-20% and below 180microns should be no t more than 05% , duly sieved, dried and packed in clean good quality nylon gunny bag of size 1 9inchx15inch, (weighing 35gm per bag) with polythene lamination (of thickness not less than 25 microns) containing 10 kg sand and properly sealed to avoid water entry and should be no lea kage of sand through stitching holes.
