Design, Erection & Decoration of both interior and exterior façade of Assam Pavilion including Theme Pavilion as per scope of work with specification of every item separately for IITF, 2026.ii. 2.5m X 2.5m MSME stalls with adequate racks, hangers, display units, chair, table, light, electric socket etc. (approx. 50 numbers), Display Area, Reception, VIP Sitting, Pantry with store Pavilion Director’s office (including all items, furniture’s etc.) and adequate number of stalls for Government Department etciii. Inside and Outside lighting of the Pavilion including façade lighting.iv. Maintenance of the Pavilion including electrical connection, placement of electrician, installation and operation of inverter during fair period with decoration/ display/installation till the end of the fair, erection of glow sign of “ASSAM” in English, Hindi and Assamese.v. Installation of CCTV with recording system for entire period of trade fair. Sufficient number of cameras are to be provided to cover entire exhibition area.vi. Provide Internet connection in entire Assam Pavilion of required capacity during entire duration of the Fair.vii. Special decoration of Assam pavilion at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on the inauguration day (14-11-2026) and on Assam Day for IITF, 2026 with natural flower bouquets, garlands etc. Supplying of Best quality Flower Bouquets and flower vase with fresh flower (66 nos. (10 nos. for Inauguration Day, 20 nos. on Assam Day and for remaining 12days @ 3nos).viii. Provide 15 nos. two seater sofa set, 10 nos. centre table, Carpet (area:65 sqm.), 1 no. Lamp stand (for lighting of lamp) , 1 no. podium and supplying of natural flower garlands & decoration of open air theatre at Pragatimaidan, New Delhi for Assam day celebration.ix. Providing Blowups, Flex, Glow Sign, Photographs, Models based on Theme of IITF- 2026, as well as reflecting richness of cultural heritage, religious tourism, bio-diversity, wild life, handloom and handicrafts and other industrial products unique to Assam x. All Facilities should be provided for reception of VIPs, VVIPs and officials of Pavilion Director’s office. Adequate experienced manpower to be provided for the reception etc.xi. Cleaning of exhibition areas, office, VIP lounge, sides and front of the Pavilion at least every two hours from 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. during entire days of exhibition.xii. Arrangement of projector at the main entrance and LED TV inside Assam Pavilion during the exhibition period.xiii. Providing, installation and maintenance of LED screen of size 10’ x 16’ in front side of pavilion for the entire exhibition period and providing one experienced manpower for operation of the system.xiv. Providing fire extinguisher and obtaining NOC from electricity authority, Fire service and Delhi Police, providing experienced man power including one supervisor for operation of the firefighting system as and when required.xv. Supplying, fitting and fixing bamboo wood flooring in the entire Assam pavilion.xvi. Preparation and editing videos (30 minute) for display in LED screen in front of pavilion and in 4-5 LED TV inside the pavilion.xvii. Placement and Replacement of fresh flower tubs in front & inside and fresh flower pots in VIP lounge, Reception area/counter and in office room daily for the entire fair period.xviii. Providing banner, backdrop of stage and standee (at least 10 nos.) on Assam Day near Assam Pavilion and Open-Air theatre allotted for Assam Day celebration.xix. Clean & hygienic Drinking Water System/ facility should be provided for entire fair period.xx.
