| 1 | Providing Annual comprehensive maintenance of complete fire sensing and Public Address System (Siemens make) installed in Mental Health Institute, Sector-32 at Chandigarh. Under the AMC the firm shall provide maintenance service of the system. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to the general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. During maintenance period the firm is fully responsible for cleaning, dusting of complete system and to keep the system in working condition all the time including cost of replacement of defective equipment/ components.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.1) |
| 2 | Supply, installations, testing and commissioning of intelligent multisensor detector with integrated fault isolator/ isolator base. The intelligent multi criteria detector shall have integrated fault isolator/ fault isolator base as per NFPA style 7 to make ensure complete system working without losing any detector in case of cable fault. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.2) |
