| 3 | Contractor shall maintain the PWS project for (5) calender years from the completion date of defect liability period i.e one year from the completion of the work in such a manner that the house hold of PWS scheme covered area will get(adequate)required quantity of supply of water taking supply hour as8hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hour of receipt of complain either from public or from department.The contractor shall maintain all structure of pws schemes as per term and comditions of DTCN &technical specificationmentioned in section-5 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
