Actual area treated will be the mode of measurement, with 3 coats, as follows: (1)1st coat - 500 Grm/ Coat,(2) 2nd Coat - 800 Grm / Coat, (3) 50 GSM Geotextile, (4)3rd coat - 500 Grm / Coat(Note:- The contractor shall provide a comprehensive guarantee/warranty for a period of 10 (ten) years from the certified date of completion against leakage, dampness, or failure of the waterproofing system.) |
