The total thickness of synthetic layer 2.5 to 3mm grinding, cleaning of sub floor by sanding machine preparing the surface and filling micro concrete patching of surface where watter logging takes place, repair of base, filling cracks and undulations as per the site requirement to meet existing surface and which consist of following layers. Primer - 1 layer, Acrylic re surfacer - 2 layers, Cushion - 4 layers, Acrylic color - 2 layers The item also comprises f comprehensive of removing and relaying top coat finish on ashphalt/concrete sub base 12 to 15mm thickness surface preparation, construction of all layers of the court, verification of slope and planarity in accordance with line marking as per international standards, conducting a water flood test prior to the application of the Top layer, all complete in accordance with the specifications as per international standardsand to the as per international standard certification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (International Tennis Federation) to satisfaction and complete all in the directions of the. The rate of cleaning of existing drain around the synthetic area is included in this item and nothing extra will be paid for making holes/cutting etc. for fixing net. |
