Work involves: The Contractor shall provide one Wheel Loader (Payloader) with operators, having a minimum loader bucket capacity of 1.7 m³ and a minimum dump height of 3.6 m, as per the attached Terms and Conditions, for transporting and charging Off-Grade Ammonium Sulphate (AS) from the bulk storage area to the Feeder Bin at the NP Plant. The Contractor shall ensure the continuous availability and operation of the Payloader on a 24-hour basis (24 hours per day) throughout the contract period, with suitable and competent operators.Since the work is directly related to plant production and is of a critical nature, the Contractor shall deploy two competent operators for each shift. There shall be no interruption in the operation of the Payloader for tea, meal, personal, or other breaks. The tea, meal, and personal breaks of the operators shall be managed by mutual relieve between the two operators without affecting the continuous operation of the Payloader or the continuity of the work. The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for operator relieve to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Payloader throughout the contract period.100% availability of the Payloader must be ensured by deploying a spare loader during breakdowns or maintenance of the equipment in service. The Contractor shall make suitable arrangements for adequate manpower, including relieve operators, and necessary equipment/vehicles maintenance, to ensure uninterrupted operation and continuous availability of the Payloader at the work site. Any arrangement required for shift changes, meal breaks, operator relieve, transportation, etc., shall be made by the Contractor without affecting the continuity of the work. Diesel for the operation will be supplied free of cost by FACT. The material shall be charged into the feeder bin at a rate of minimum of 5 buckets per hour. The loader bucket shall be filled to its rated heaped capacity during each loading cycle. The loader shall have a minimum bucket capacity of 1.7 m³ (heaped).
