| 1 | (A) Supply ,fix & install of 6 mm thick electrostatic dissipative flooring system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following specification:-(i) Surface Preparation of concrete substratewith grinding equipment to remove dust, laitance, other contaminants etc., and to form the required anchor profile on the floor substrate. Repairing of damaged portion of concrete with epoxy based mortar and washing the floor with water to a SSD condition.(ii) Suitably prime the prepared surface with 1-2 coats of water based epoxy primer ensure proper bonding with substrate.(iii) Providing and Applying 4 mm thick layer of epoxy modified cementitous screed provide a strong underlay having compressive strength >50 MPA for subsequent layers. Allow the screed to cure for min 24 hours.(iv) Check the moisture content of the screed layer. Once the same is < 4% please proceed with min one coat of epoxy based primer coating ensure complete sealing of pin holes of screed(v) Providing and Installing self-adhesive copper tape grid of minimum 20 mm x 0.1mm thick size as per manufacturers guideline and layout of the floor area of each grid 3 mtr X 3 mtr.(vi) Providing and applying 1 coat of epoxy based conductive primer Florprime ESD having electrical resistance of 5 x 10^4 – 10^8 ohms.(vii) Providing and Applying 2mm thick layer of PU based electrostatic dissipative flooring which meets the requirements laid in BS 2050/ASTM 150 F and electrical resistance of 5 x 10^4 – 10^9 ohms. Make- Sika/Fosroc/Bostik complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | Supply & Installation of chemical earthing system consising of Tripod ( 3 No earthing of Copper vonded earth rod of 12 feet length) 17.2mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electoly c grade copper on outer surface (min copper bonding thickness 250 microns length 3000mm with exothermically jointed copper bus bar of 25x6x200mm. The copper bonded rod and the exothermic joint together should be tested by CRPI on 25KA foult current the eath rod should be certified by underwriters laboratories coforming to UL467 an international standard for grounding and bonding equipment.With ROHS tested 50 kg earth enhancing compound with each rod having passed leaching, sulphur, corrossion , tesisitivity test as per IEC-625617 an international standard for earth enhancement compound by NABL accredit Lab. with 12 mtr inter connect on copper strip size 25x 3mm.The test result should be not less than 01 ohm and EN(Earth -Neutral) voltage less than 01 volt..Complete all as specified and directed |
