| 2 | Complete Dismantling of old damaged paddles, scrapers, pit scrapers, vertical bridge arm from outside flocculator zone and inside flocculator zone, bridge arm, flocculator arm etc. with the help of mechanical jacks with proper support and hydra/crane and heavy labour. Thereafter, deposition of the old material into scrap yard via vehicle as per satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Dismantling of flocculator mechanism, lifting of main bridge, disconnection of all incoming, outgoing electric connection with separation of reduction Gear box with motor, drive head with all damage parts of Flocculator and carried out from clarifier and stacking as per instruction of Plant In charge. The job includes reassembling of complete Clarifloculator after repairing of complete system and reinstallation of all the new and repaired parts of clarifier as arms, Puddles, scrappers etc and other allied work/parts and balancing of complete flocculator and Bridge with replacement & adjustment of Tee bolts etc. as per requirement. |
| 4 | Rehabilitation of existing Non-functional turntable assembly for noiseless and trouble free operation of the turntable including supply of components and job work as required. this includes the following:- -Repairing/Overhauling & straightening of worn-out Housing using special purpose electrodes, machining. -Removing of damaged bevelgear teeth by cutting with tool and making groove for fixing of new EN-8 forging material ring duly heat treated on main C.I. Body and machining to make as per the size of existing bevel gear & final machining to make proper size for making /cutting teeth on the new ring as per existing size & shape of teeh. This job also includes replacement of Pinion of 19 teeth, suitable for Bevel Gear.Both the Bevel Gear and 19 Teeth Pinion should be duly Heat Tempered as per site conditions.
