| 3 | Removing the old inlet gate from its original position with all its parts like guider, spindle etc. with the help of gas cutting method to cut old rusted nut bolts and pull out the gate with the help of labour and put it on a safe place as per instruction of in-charge. |
| 4 | Machining the flap valve like threading etc to properly fit on the nut. This job also include of removing old GM ring and fixing of new GM ring with proper alignment with all allied works. |

| 6 | Casting/Supply of SS spindle of 500mm dia & 900 mm long with GM nut as per existing sample. |
| 7 | Casting/Supply of MS Housing of EN31 material of 175mm O.D., 75mm I.D. and about 600mm long or as per existing sample. This job also include making of seat for fixing of GM bush at both sides of housing. This also include casting/machining of new GM bush with proper machining & fixing of pinion shaft with 2 Nos. of bush as per sample. |
| 8 | Supply/Fabrication of MS coupler of size 80mm O.D. by making holes of size 16mm on both sides of coupler for fixing of pin and making the bore on both sides as per spindle with proper grinding, drilling etc. |
| 9 | Repairing the guiders of gate by proper process & making seat of guiders with proper alignment for smooth travel of gates. |
| 10 | Casting/Fabrication of bevel gear with proper pitch angle, pinion gear with shaft and making bush seat on both side of the shaft as per sample & making key way for fixing of pinion gear. |
| 11 | Dismantling of gear box, CI dome by cutting of rusted fastener and taking out the spindle, nut and other related mechanical parts. |
| 12 | Dismantling of extension shafts by cutting old nut & bolts of the couplers through gas cutting set in under deep water 6’(Approx.) |
| 13 | Dismantling of CC column structure with the help of breaker in chipper for taking out I-Section titled in the Sluice Gate. The works includes scaffolding charges so that broken CC should not be mixed with water as no shut down will be provided by the department for doing the work. |
| 14 | Removing the flap from the frame and taking it out from 6’ (Approx.) deep water. The deep chamber containing chlorinated water. The job will be executed with the help of tipai, chain blocks, ceiling, heavy labour and other tool and tackles as required at the site. |
| 15 | Fixing of I-section on the channel by doing CC concrete on existing column on the top of the section. |
| 16 | Providing of various size SS nut bolt with washers at per site requirement. |
| 17 | Providing/Fixing of CI Sluice Gate Flap/Shutter made out of CI of approximate size 1 Mtr. X 1.2 Mtr. and 40 mm thick. The work includes grinding, finishing, drilling, moulding, welding, cutting etc and same should be fixed in the slides of the frame with the help of chain block, tipai, hydra and heavy labour complete in all respect as per sample. |
| 18 | Fabrication/ Fixing of SS spindle of 80 mm diameter and having length of 2.4 mtr. Approximate including turning, threading and complete in all respect as per site requirement with thrust bearing, spindle nut, hand wheel and complete assembly. |
| 19 | Assembly the CI slide and extension shaft with the help of coupler and lowering down the assembly with the help of tipai, chain block and heavy labour etc. |
| 20 | Replacement/Fixing of Gear box complete in all respect, Bush, Gear box frame, Bearing, Pinion MS Channel for fixing of Gear etc and other hardware item required at site for trouble free and smooth operation of sluice gates. |
| 21 | Providing services of 4 Nos. underwater divers diving with one supervisor for managing oxygen Cylinder, safety of the divers etc. and other under water equipment required at site work includes cleaning the surface of blend grooves of both the end where sluice gates is to be rest under deep water which includes lowering/grinding of gate. The work also includes cleaning/grinding of frame by iron brushes, grinding machine from top to bottom of gate. The work also includes arrangement of all the safety equipment required at site against chlorine. The slide of sluice Gates should be cleaned under water so that it may be operated smoothly as and when required. This also includes arrangement of safe enclose equipped with the necessary equipment for making the diver’s body temperature normal as per surrounding atmospheric conditions. |
| 22 | Hiring Charges of tipai, drill machine, chain block, gas cutter, welding machine, tools and tackles etc as required on site. This also includes Testing & Commissioning of Sluice Gate for any leakage on full load. |
| 23 | Assembling the all parts of Gate i/c inlet gate, guider & all new fabricated parts with the help of necessary tools and labour. This job also include the necessary civil work. |
