| 1 | Removal of land slide/slips in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimiming of slopes and disposal of cut materials with in lift upto 1.50 mtrs and lead upto 1000 mtrs/soil with in all leads and lifts as per technical specification 302.3.5 and 1611 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, Malkana, Toll Tax, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract, which shall be payable by the Contractor. Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be excluded from the rate and shall be payable separately as per applicable rules. Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
