(For Thickness of tiles with mortar 25 mm to 40 mm). Approx. Quantity 80 Sqm(v) Dismantling tile/stonework in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. For thickness of tiles with mortar 25 mm to 40 mm. Approx. Quantity 90 Sqm(vi) Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank = Approximately 35 nos. (vii) Dismantling W.C. Pan / Wash Basin / all sanitary and plumbing fittings and fixtures of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per direction of the Bank.(viii) Dismantling aluminium/gypsum partitions / False ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 25 Sqm(ix) Dismantling of all types of pipes G.I., C.I., CPVC, uPVC, etc., including chasing manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50m lead as per direction of the Bank, various pipes in work area and adjoining required locations; 15 mm to 150 mm nominal bore(x) Dismantling/removing of kitchen counters, almirah/cabinets, under counter partitions, shelves, etc., including careful removal of all fixtures, fittings, screws, nails, hardware, and accessories, complete. The work shall include stacking of serviceable materials as directed and disposal of unserviceable materials/debris within the premises or to the designated location, all complete as per direction of the Bank.(xi) Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. | 12 | Providing and applying polymer based two component water proofing coating treatment to the sunken portion with approx. depth of 300 mm from finished floor level (FFL) of the toilets, baths, balcony, etc., by using products of Pidilite (Pidifin 2K, etc.), Fosroc, Sika or any other approved equivalent and providing and treating sunken floors with brick bat coba (approx. 100-150mm thick brick bat coba will be laid over sub strate filling) in required layers in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) mixed with approved quality water proofing compound as per manufactures specification including finishing the top and vertical surface with waterproof / leak proof or any other proprietary joint less plaster or IPS flooring, etc. as required at site as directed by the Bank, etc., all complete as to receive the final flooring surface.Note: - Single measurement of the finished sunken floor and its sides shall only be measured in sqm. for payment for all sub items of the work mentioned. |

| 14 | Providing and applying 12-15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) on internal brick masonry / concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth, at all height and levels including scaffolding, hacking, curing & cleaning, finishing as required at site etc., all complete as directed by the Bank.
