| 32 | Supply of Modern Decorative Mild steel designer pole with 4 way decorative street lighting on the top of the pole as per drawing. The total height of the designer pole with 4 way street lighting arrangement at top shall be 3450 mm nominal. The Pole shall be made out Mild steel square tube as per IS 4923 of dimension 220 mm x 220 mm x 4 mm thick with built-in control box at the bottom. There should be laser cut perforated design on all four sides of mild steel tube in 2400 mm length as shown in drawing. A Control box accommodate a 6 amp and 32 amp connector for mains connections. There should be a cast aluminium control box cover with rubber gasket and locking armaments with allen screws. The 4 way designer street light shall be made out of mild steel fabrication. Each decorative street light luminaire shall be in 36W LED having LED CCT of 3000/4000/5700 K (+-8%) as per the instructions of engineer in charge. Translucent Polycarbonate Diffuser shall be fitted in the perforation area and shall be sealed with the pole in IP 65 ingress protection. The perforation shall be illuminated through 40w led module having LED CCT of 3000/4000/5700 K (+-8%) as per the instructions of engineer in charge. The decorative pole lighting system shall have external surge protection of 10Kv with driver standard voltage withstand range of 100-300 V AC. Integrated suitable BIS approved LED Driver to be fitted inside the 4 way street light housing, having efficiency >85%, power factor shall be >0.95, and inbuilt Surge protection of 4kv. Separate led driver shall be used for each designer street light module and for the led module used for the perforation of 4kv. Led shall be of > = 1W Osram/Seoul/Bridgelux or any other reputed make. The Luminous efficacy of LED shall be greater than 140 lumens/watt and that of each designer street shall be >115 lm/Watt. The impact resistance of Designer pole shall be Minimum IK08. The shape and sizes of the decorative street light shall be as per drawing. System life 50,000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained. The ingress protection of optical area of decorative street light shall be IP-65 level. The supplier must furnish LM-79 report for the Designer street lighting, IP-65 and IK 08 reports must be submitted for the designer lighting pole. LM-80 report shall be submitted for Led chip used structural stability report as per IS 875 shall also be submitted for the pole lighting system. The Pole light shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The Mild steel lighting pole shall be duly pretreated by shot blasting process and shall be painted/ Powder coated in Polyurethane/Polyester Coating as per Colour shade required by engineer in charge. The coating on the pole shall be baked in the oven at required temperature. The coating on the pole and Luminaire shall pass a minimum of 300 salt spray hours and shall have minimum 90 microns coating. The Mild Steel base plate of pole shall be of size 350mm x 350mm x12 mm thick. |
