| 2 | Percentage fees for the complete Architectural Consultancy services as stated in the Tender document including site data collection, concept development Engineering, Designing, Preliminary and detailed estimation, Obtaining all Statutary approvals as required for taking up the construction work at site, recommendations of award of works for various packages, review of residual engineering, if any, being carried out by the contractor, engineering coordination and discussions with GAIL, Obtaining completion certificate and occupancy certificate if required as per scope, Terms and Conditions and details as laid down in the tender document listed in Terms of reference Clause C.1, Section V of the contract. (An amount equivalent to 30% of the Project Cost shall be paid as part of the Total Cost.) |
