Whose Land Use To Be Changed 4) Haddakayam Survey 5) Marking Of Proposed Land On Msrdc Map Showing Present Land Use 6) Submitting File To State Govt. (Urban Development Department Ministry). 7) Submitting A Copy To Director Of Town Planning Office Pune & Msrdc Belapur. 8) Follow Up & Take Remarks From Above 3 Offices. 9) Follow Up For Inviting Suggestion / Objection By Adjacent Landowners. 10) Follow Up For Hearing On Suggetions / Objection. 11) Follow Up For Modification If Any As Per Hearing. 12) After Finalising Then Forward File To Mantralaya For Gazzette Notification If Msrdc Dp Is Published, If Not Published Then Follow Up For Issuance Of Directives From State Govt. To Msrdc To Incorporate The Change In Final Dp To Be Published. 13) Successful Bidder Shall Follow The Tender Terms And Condition, Scope Of Work Mentioned Any Where In The Tender Doc, Special Terms And Condition.
