| 28 | Bidder has to quote the price in BoQ1 against the station or stations they want to quote the price bid as Annual License Fee per year , if any in the excel file. Bidder shall download the excel file and quote the price against the respective station(s) in blue cells as per instructions given. |
| 29 | After quoting their price/amount the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The amount/price shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ bid submission. |
| 30 | The Bidder shall quote the Rate in Indian Rupees (INR) per year per station. (Excluding all taxes and GST) |
| 31 | Bidders may bid for one or more station(s). However, Bidder has to quote separate for each station as per the Price schedule. Each quote shall be evaluated separately for specific station and selection will be done for eligible (Highest) i.e. H1 quote received to that particular station. |
| 32 | If the bidder has not filled any amount against any station then it will be treated as \\"Nil/Not interested\\" for that particular station and offer shall be evaluated accordingly. |
| 33 | GST and Advertisement Tax, as applicable from time to time, shall also be borne by Licensee, in addition to the license fee. |
| 34 | Method of Quoting the Price in the Pricing Document i.e. Price Bid:The Pricing Document in Excel Format and the Quoting the Price in the Pricing Document should be as follows:(i) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells which are highlighted in Blue.(ii) Bidders are required to fill these cells which are highlighted in Blue only.(iii) All ‘blanks’ in the Pricing Document, where the Bidder is permitted to quote shall be filled in.
