| 1 | Wooden Acoustical Wall Paneling/Slats : Providing and fixing Gl frame work for wall paneling as per design drawing consisting of floor channel of size 50x32x32 x0.5mm thick at bottom and top fixed with 35 mm nylon sleeves and 35 mm screw. Further fixing Gl stud 48x34x36x0.5 mm thick @600mm C/C vertically. The framework to be filled with 50mm 1000 GSM non-woven thermal bonded polyester wadding. Finally fixing over it horizontally 80x26x51x0.5 mm thick G.I. ceiling section placed @600mm C/C or wherever required as per design drawings with dry wall screws and soffit cleats 27x37x25x1.6 mm as required. The frame to be fixed to the walls by means of angle hold fastener cleats of required size complete with required metal screw fixed on each vertical 1 member @1000mm C/C etc. as required all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Tongue & Groove Wooden Acoustical Micro Perforated Laminated Panels of size - 190mm x 2440 mmx16mm, as per acoustic design/Architects' approval, The grooved acoustic wall panels to be backed with black acoustic fleece facing one mm laminate as per the approved Shade/species and finish and a Melamine balancing layer over the reverse side. The density of HDMR board should be more Than 800kg/m3. The HDMR board should be passed through vertically flammability test (UL94) & should be tested as Anti-Fungal. The Panels with the help of special design G.I. clip as per Drawing and Design would be fixed on Aluminum Channel of size 15x25x19x7x.70mmx3000mm Horizontally/Vertically. (Leaping & Beading for corner and other finishing will be paid extra). (Original equipment manufacturer MTC with NRC certificates will be required on installation) Make: Gyptech/Armstrong/USG Boral/Knouff/Saint Gobain/ Durlum complete in all the respects |
| 2 | Fabric Acoustical Wall Paneling (0.9NRC): Providing and fixing of Fabric Acoustical Wall Paneling with square edges made of Rockwool with Glass-wool Tissue substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and fire-resistant fabric with an option of colors as per the choice of the Architect/Engineering- in charge of size 600x1200 or 600x600 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC. The GI Metal system includes G.I Stud having Size 48 mm X 36 mm X 34 mm X 0.50mm, length 3600mm, and Floor Channel Size 50 mm X 32 mm X 32 mm X 0.50 mm, length3600 mm is fastener vertically/ horizontally at every 600mm filled with 50mm 1000 GSM nonwoven thermal bonded polyester wadding. Then 8 mm HDMR perforated Board should be Screwed to the Gl frame with the help of 25X 6 mm metal screw for pasting of 25mm thick fabric acoustical panel with the help of rubber base Adhesive as per drawing and design of Engineer-in Charge. | 3 | Hanging Rock Fibre Acoustical Clouds/Baffles (NRC 0.85): Providing and fixing Factory Pre-Painted Acoustical Baffles of Size-300X1200 Rectangular Shape system of 50mm as per design. These acoustical baïties are made from compressed rockwool having density not less than 108kg/m3, Moisture content less than 0.25% as per IS: 8183/IS:3144 and Maximum 3.57% incombusitbility as per IS:8183/IS:3144. The NRC of baffels are tested 0.85 as per ASTM C-423/ISO 354. These baffles 3 shall be fixed with specially designed spring screw and hanged with thread road/GI wire to the soffit at a distance as per desgin of Drawing, the color and design should be in approval with Engineer-In-Charge.
