| 1 | Engaging Skilled gardener at SAMUDRIKA (Panampilly nagar)/Quarters/ area as directed, 8 hours shift for maintaining the lawns and plants, watering two times ie. morning & evening the entire plants and lawn for their healthy growth. The time beyond watering shall be for maintenance of lawns and plants by deweeding, nursing, manuring, relocation of plants etc. in all season. The cost shall includes tools and tackles.The gardener shall be engaged for deweeding and maintenance of plants and lawns during rainy season also. The gardener shall apply the chemicals supplied under respective item and make necessary arrangement for the materials supplied. |
| 2 | Mowing the lawn with lawn mover / grass cutting machine at Samudrika at panampilly nagar (1700 m2), brooming & cleaning the cut grass by engaging additional labour and transporting and disposing the same at the designated dumping yard within a lead of 300 mtr. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of hire charges of required grass cutting machine with fuel, all tools and labourers etc. Cutting the entire area once will be treated as one job. Quantity can be fractional depending upon the area reduced/increased. Frequency of exection of this item shall be once in a month or as directed. |

Rates quoted shall be inclusive of hire charges of required machine with fuel, tools and labourers etc. Cutting the entire area once will be treated as one job. Quantity can be fractional depending upon the area reduced/increased. Frequency of exection of this item shall be once in a month or as directed. |

Payment will be done based on quantity consumed. Labor for application of chemical or any other arrangement will be counted in the item for engaging skilled gardener (Item No.1). |
