| 4 | Plywood baffle ceiling - Supply & installation of plywood baffle ceiling sytem in conference hall area, as per the detailed sketch and with following specifications. The baffles shall be of 120mm height and 25.6mm thickness (12+ 12+ 0.80+ 0.80) made with BWP grade marine plywood of approved make and the exposed surfaces shall be pasted with 0.80mm thick decorative laminate of approved make and matching shade edge beading etc. The baffles shall be hanged from the accoustic ceiling using GI strings and 40x40mm GI hollow sections fixed to the accoustic ceiling @ 600mm c/c including all necessary GI framework, cleats, brackets, fasteners, suspension accessories etc. The baffles shall be hanged to a clear spacing of 75mm and in true line, level etc, finish properly including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. all complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. |

Shutters shall be provided with vision panels wherever required using 6 mm thick plain glass of required size with teak wood beading of size 12 mm x 12 mm etc. The shutter shall be fixed to the opening left in the partition (Necessary allround beading in full thickness of partition opening shall be provided for fixing the shutter) with three nos. of 125mm size heavy duty hinges including providing and fixing SS handle type lock of approved make, SS matt finish tower bolts, door stopper, door closer, etc. all complete as directed by the Banks Engineer. |
| 18 | Supplying and laying concealed/ open plumbing lines:- Providing, cutting, fixing, testing and commisioning waterlines of 20mm diameter using C-PVC threaded pipe of SDR 11 laid in concealed/ open manner, as per site requirement, including all the necessary specials like elbows, tees, couplings etc. The pipe lines shall be properly fastened to the wall using GI clamps @maximum spacing of 450mm. Rate shall be inclusive of making necessary cutting and chasing on the walls to lay the plumbing lines in concelaed manner, placing the plumbing line, properly packing using cement mortar admixed with waterproofing chemicals, followed by pasting approved quality fiber mesh on the surface of the chasing, wastages, pressure testing for leakage, scaffoilding charges for working at a higher level etc. Actual linear measurement shall be reckoned for payment purpose. |

| 20 | Vitrified tile wall cladding in Pantry area: Providing and fixing 1st quality/ premium quality vitrified tiles of size 1200mm x 600mm (or approved nearest available size) and of approved make and shade for wall cladding over the plywood cladding/ masonry wall with 6 mm average thick polymer modified quick setting adhesive of approved make as per manufacturers specifications, spread fully over the whole back area of the tile (the work is liable to be summarily rejected if the joint is found susceptible to hollowness) and also including providing necessary grooves along horizontal joints finished with epoxy grout of metallic shade, curing, etc. all complete as directed by the Bank’s Engineer. The rate shall include for preparation of surface by scrapping and removing the paint on wall surface, all cutting, grinding the exposed edges, making pattern in the wall using different shades of tiles, if any, wastage, proper finishing, etc. Net exposed area will be measured and paid for. Basic rate of tiles to be considered is Rs 800/- per Sqmtr. excluding GST. |
