Supply Of d ers for train-18 , primary vertical damper for train-18, emu us & memu us coaches.1. firm has to submit oem drawings with detailed dimensions & characteristics. 2. type test shall b e conforming to rdso cg-18005 (latest revision) or en-13802. 3. service trials shall be a s per rdso cg-18005 (latest revision). special condition : 1.proto type sample (including type test)to be got approved from icf before manufacturingfor bulk supply. 2. the firm s who have already supplied the same item need not get fresh prototype approval, as pe r drawing: train18/mc/ac-0-1-009, item-1, alt b--- and in compliance to rdso specification rds o/cg-18005---- or en-13802 (latest revision)., packing instruction: as per standard packing. it should be ensured that item should not rub during transportation. the item should be packed with adequate strength. transit damage , if any , shall be at the cost of supplie r.
