Bids Are invited for Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Industry Unit; Power Generators; Service Provider - Providing Servicing Of 400Kva Cummins Make , Kta1150 Model Ea Set Including Completely Draining Out Engine Oil From The Sump, Cleaning The Ea Set, Removing Fuel Filter , By-Pass Filter , Lube Oil Filter And O Rings , Cleaning Starting Batteris Terminals ,Applying Petrolium Jelly On Battery Terminals , Checking The V-Belts , Tightening All Nut Bolts Etc , Refilling The Existing New Engine Oil , Test Running The Ea Set On Actual Load , Submitting Test Report Showing All Parameters Such As Oil Pressure , Water Temparature , Rpm, Voltage , Current And Frequency Etc Complete As Required ( Note: Servicing To Be Done By Skilled Technician Only ) , Supplying And Replacing The Following Spares For Conducting B Check On 400 Kva Ea Set Including Testing And Commissioning Etc Complete As Required.( Note : Spare Parts To Be Procured From Authorised Dealers Of M/S Cummins Only ) , Replacement Of Defective Hours Meter Including Making Connection Testing And Commissioning Etc Complete As Required.
