| 6 | OD18424/2026-2027:Surface preparation by thoroughly cleaning dust, debris, and loose particles using mechanical or manual means,levelling and repairing damaged concrete edges on both sides of the expansion joint using polymer-modified repair mortar (MYK Arment ReArmcrete RM) to rectify undulations; inserting a Polyurethane backer rod of required size into the joint gap and filling/sealing the joint with Polyurethane sealant (MYK SealArm PU); fixing MYK Arment SealArm Tape TPE (150 mm width × 20 m length) on the inner side and top layer using a two-part epoxy adhesive (MYK Arment ReArm Bond 4031) on both sides; and providing a protective cover over the treated joint using an Aluminum Strip (1 mm thickness × 25 cm width) throughout the full length of the joint, fixed onto the concrete surface using suitable screws and fixtures complete, including all material supply, equipment, and application labor as per manufacturer specifications and directions of the Departmental Officer / Engineer-in-Charge at site, measured rate per running meter. |
