| 1 | Disconnecting all electric connections and decoupling the motor from the foundation by using gas cutter set and manual labour. |
| 2 | Dismantling the Gear boxes sets from the base frame by cutting and removing of all the rusted MS nut bolts by gas cutter set, electric welding set and manual labor as per site requirement. |
| 3 | Removing of worn out MS base frame from RCC foundation by cutting foundation bolts with gas cutting foundation bolts with gas cutter / welding set etc. and lifting it out by crane to ground level from damaged foundation and shifting it to the Store. |
| 4 | Breaking of RCC foundation by pneumatic power hammer, chisel and electric compressor machine etc. the job includes removing the broken material from pump house and disposing the same at suitable place as per instruction of engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Recasting of RCC foundation for pump set 1:2:4 concrete including providing / fixing of 8 Nos. foundation bolts of size 300x25 mm. Repairing of foundation of delivery valve, inlet valve and NRV as required. |
| 6 | Providing of MS base frame of various sizes made out of heavy duty ISMC and MS plate of suitable size 10/12/16/20 MM, as per existing base frame with proper alignment. |
| 7 | Supply of MS leak proof Telescopic type expansion/dismantling joint. |
| 8 | Fixing of MS base frame on the RCC foundation. The job includes proper levelling and alignment. |
| 9 | S/O Neoprene rubber packing. Make:- Jyoti / National. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. |
| 11 | Provinding and fixing of complete tyre coupling of size TC/G/023. this includes dismantling of old coupling , finish bore in the coupling As required (Including coupling bore) |
| 12 | Replacement of Earthing GI strips size 50X6 MM. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing of coupling guard as per site requirement. |
| 14 | Transportation charges for tools and tackles i/c all safety gears/equipment to complete the job. |
| 15 | Re installation and refitting the Electric Motors and Gear boxes set as per original position with proper alignment and also making all electrical connections etc. as per site requirement. |
