| 1 | LAWN:-Removing of existing grasses from the lawn by scrapping, then the soil would be spread 3-4 times at weekly intervals and each time the remaining clods are to be broken till the entire soil is converted in to powder. The ground will be heavily watered 3-4 times then removing of weeds with root and during this period fertilizer (lime @ 60 gms/Sqm and mustard pulp @ 75 gms/Sqm) will be used to fertilise the ground, after completion of perfect leveling and clean up of dead grass/weeds, Mexican/Selected variety of grass will be planted and regular watering shall be done as required complete all as specified and directed. |

Chloropyriphos @ 3ml per plant. Remove and spread the surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. |
