| 4 | Providing Services of trained and experienced lift operators for operation of lifts installed in hospital block of Central Jail No. 13 in Mandoli Jail on all days of the week including Sunday and Holidays. The work includes cleaning and upkeep of lift car and lift machine rooms complete as per attached terms & conditions (Annexure – I) and inventory (Annexure - II). |

| 12 | Operation of STP plant of 850 KLD by engaging skilled operators for complete operation, recording and monitoring of the complaint round the clock like operation of blowers, sewage pumps, suction pumps, polishing sets, filtration plant, ultra filtration plant, feeding effluent water in aeration tank, MBR tank, taking out discharge and feeding treated water into treated water tank, cleaning stuck garbage from sewage motor etc. for complete day to day operation of STP as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge arrangement for disposal of sewage in case plant is under maintenance or shut down ensuring uninterrupted operation of plant to avoid any grievances i/c Sunday & holiday etc. complete as required.
