| 3 | M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sqm of thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc; by skilled labour as per following steps:-(i) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.(ii) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI.(iii) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.(iv) Apply the subsequent coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI to achieve the minimum required thickness. |
