| 1 | Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Transporting and fixing only of wooden post and placing in position and fixing of wooden post including treatment of wooden post below ground level with hot mixture of tar and creosote in proportion of 20kg of coal tar to 20kg of creosote and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint on posts on portion above ground level. (size of post is 10cmx10cmx1.65mtrs), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured separately in item No 1 here-in-before) |

(Note :- No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for ornamental works of this item). |
