| 1 | Providing and fixing approx 2.7 m high wooden and glazed partition,and Door including door hardwares comprising 1.2 m(300+/-) high wooden partition below and 1.2 m high glazed partition above, as per approved or instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.Thickness of wooden portion shall approximately 60-75 mm and matarial properly seasoned and treated, securely fixed to floor, ceiling and adjoining walls, covered on both faces with 12 mm thick BWP plywood, finished with 1.0 mm thick approved decorative laminate/mica on both faces, including teak-finish wooden margin/moulding, lipping/beading to exposed edges, approved adhesive, screws, nails, plugs, dowels and all necessary fixing materials.Glass shall be supplied by the Client free of cost. The rate shall, however, include handling, cutting/adjustment, all required accesories, fixing and installation labour for client-supplied glass.The rate shall include all materials other than client-supplied glass, transportation, loading/unloading, wastage, cutting, drilling, fixing, scaffolding/access arrangements, skilled and unskilled labour, tools and tackles, finishing, etc, complete in all respects OR as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Gap/opening for ventilation aprox. 200mm shall be consider for measuremnts above the glass,.Bidding on the top of the glass will be in the scope of vendor, without any extra cost. |
