| 1 | Repair/Renovation of Foundation and base frame of motor pump set No.2 with other allied works at Sarita Vihar SPS with following worksDisconnection of all electric connection decoupled the Motor from pump and pump from Suction & delivery system by cutting set and manual etc.. |
| 2 | Dismantling the pump set and M.S. base frame after cutting of damaged jammed foundation bolts with gas cutter from existing RCC platform with the help of crane. |
| 3 | Closing of suction and delivery line with M.S. blank flange including rubber sheet and M.S nuts and bolts as required. |
| 4 | Breaking of RCC foundation with pneumatic concrete breaker for taking out the damaged foundation bolts & making of new RCC foundation for fixing of foundation bolts. |
| 5 | Making of complete new RCC foundation for the pump set having size of 3000x1400x1000 mm. The job includes casting of new RCC foundation providing of M.S.jall at bottom & center of RCC foundation. Fixing of new foundation bolts by tightening/Welding of foundation bolts with M.S Jall, bar & filling of R.C.C material in the complete foundation including welding, shuttering and plastering as per requirement |
| 6 | Fabrication and fixing of M.S.Base frame 2850 x 900 mm made out of M.S.Channel of size 150 x75 mm for 12mm thick plate for side covering from motor side as per the site requirement.DSR 10.2 |
| 7 | Fabrication & fixing of Coupling Guard M.S flat, M.S angle & 14 SWG M.S sheet duly primer & painted as per the site requirement. |
| 8 | Removing of dead flanges from the suction & delivery reducers. Fixing of pump and motor on the base frame and commissioning of pump set after fixing of coupling and electric connection of motor and alignment etc. as required to the Job. |
| 9 | Reassembling of pump and motor and making and fixing of reducer with all new and repaired parts i.e rubber packing, nut bolts as per site requirement and also refitting the pump-set as per original position with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connection. |
| 10 | Safety Arrangement as per NHRC guidelines at site of work for safe working of men & machinery. This includes transportation of safety material its loading unloading etc. complete for making safety arrangement as per site requirement |
| 11 | Primer & Paint on the complete Base frame, and new MS work etc required as per site requirement |
