Name of Work:- Repair/renovation of ORIENTAL make sluice gate valve no.5 installed at inlet sump of Dakshinpuri SPS
Sl. No. Item Description
1Repair /renovation of ORIENTAL make main inlet sluice gate no.5 of size 1800 x 1800 mm installed at inlet sump of Dakshipuri SPS. The work will be executed at approx. 35 feet depth in sewage sump from ground level. The work incudes following works:-Isolation of flow around sluice Gate using mechanical arrangement, heavy labour and safety measures i.e safety helmet, Rope ladder and other safety arrangement required at site
2Dismantling of gate operating stand, gear box, handwheel, spindle, wedges using heavy labour.
3Supply of operating stand of cast iron conforming to IS 210 Gr FG 200.
4Supply of gearbox housing of cast iron to IS 210 FG 200
5Supply of set of bevel gears of Alloy steel EN8, gear ratio 4:1.
6Repair of SS 304 Threaded Thrust Nut
7Repair of guide blocks on gate frame.
8Repair of wedges on Gate Slide.
9Supply of stem guide brackets.
10Repair of 80 dia SS 304 Muff coupling for stem
11Strengthening and repair of 60 mm dia, 4 mtr long SS 304 stem
12Supply of SS hardware’s & fasteners
13Assembly of sluice gate and ISMC Channel after rectification of its parts on working platform at the top of sluice gate by using welding machine , gas cutter and manual labour.
