| 1 | Complete servicing of the snow cat by p/f of necessary filters required and complete oil change i.e engine oil as well as hydraulic oil. The parts/consumables required for complete servicing are Engine Oil-17ltr, Hydraulics Oil-50 ltr., Air Filter set-1nos., Diesel Fuel Filter=01 no. Fuel filter=1no. Complete job including cost of material, labour, carriage of material to site and tools and tackles required to execute the job. |
| 2 | Repairs to the channel frame of the blade attachment of Snow Cat Machine by way of dismantling it from the machine, extraction of the frame of blade and its repairing by way of removal of the damaged/cracked metal supports of the frame/nut bolts making use of gas cutter. The job includes repairs wherever possible/replacement of base plate, blade end, up/down plates and adjustment rod of the hydraulic jack, lower links, adjustment arm, adjustment arm sleeve, pins etc. Compete job which includes cost of material, arc/gas welding, oxy-acetylene gas as per job requirement, welding electrodes, hire charges of the other tools & tackles reqd. to complete/finish the job such as drill bits, grinding wheels,cost of nut-bolts, washers, rivets, etc. of assorted size, labour charges. Complete job including cost of material, labour, carriage of material to site and tools and tackles required to execute the job. |
| 3 | Complete flushing, fluid renewal, and circuit overhaul of the combined transmission and hydraulic lift system of Preet 1486B tractor. Continued high-load snow pushing operations have subjected the shared transmission and hydraulic oil to thermal breakdown, mechanical shearing, and moisture condensation, resulting in sluggish response of the three-point implement lift and auxiliary blade hydraulics. The tractor shall be operated to working temperature and the shared transmission and hydraulic casing drained completely into clean containers. The magnetic drain plugs shall be decontaminated of metallic swarf and refitted with new copper sealing washers.The main hydraulic return filter and suction strainer elements conforming to IS 16889:2018 Clause 5.2 (10-micron absolute glass-fiber media, beta ratio exceeding 200) shall be renewed along with fresh Nitrile O-ring seals. Two deteriorated flexible high-pressure hydraulic hoses feeding the front lift circuit shall be replaced with two-wire steel braided rubber hoses conforming to SAE 100R2 and IS 4854:2018 Clause 4.1. Includes material supply, pressure testing to 205 bar, bleeding, and calibration. |
| 4 | Repair to the fuel system of the machine by way of washing its fuel tank after its complete dismantaling, replacement of damaged fuel pipes/banjo bolts with banjo washers also calibration of injectors setting of their pressure on machine.Complete job with material and labour charges and taxes. |
| 5 | Four wheel checking of the vehicle by way of dismounting of wheels & P/F of brake linings (F&R), brake shoes (F), oil seals (F&R) also replacement of worn out/damaged bearings (F&R) and other allied spares. Complete job including cost of material & labour charges & includes all taxes. |
