| 1 | Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m (fifty meter) and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kind of soil including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 2 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per drawing and technical specification in C.C 1:5:10 (one Cement : Five coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
