Supply Of supply, installation & commissioning of genset as per schedule of requirements , supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 82.5 kva / 66 kw (at sekerkote station and iocl siding), 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volt t 5%, 50 hz t 3%, 0.8 power factor (lagging), 1500 rpm, cpcb iv+ or latest compliant silent diesel generator set comprising of water cooled, 4 stroke, multi-cylinder, direct inje tion type diesel engine with electronic governor, dry type air cleaner, thermostat controlled radiator cooling system, fuel injection pump, fuel fiter, lube oil filter with anti-vibration mounting pads; brushless, self-excit ed, single bearing, class h insulation, ip23 protected alternator with automatic voltage regulator (avr) ma intaining voltage regulation within t 1%; amf (auto mains failure) control panel with digital voltmeter, am meter, frequency meter, hour meter, engine protection switches for low oil pressure and high water temper ature, overcurrent & short circuit protection, auto/manual/test selector switch with led fault indications; m s fabricated powder coated acoustic enclosure (canopy) with sound attenuating lining ensuring noise level not exceeding 75 db(a) at 1 metre as per cpcb iv+ norms, with exhaust silencer inside canopy; integral ba se frame mounted ms fuel tank of minimum 200 litres capacity; 12v smf battery with automatic trickle cha rger; complete with all civil foundation works including rcc foundation, anchor bolts and non-shrink groutin g; gi pipe/plate earthing systern as per is:3043; ms exhaust pipe with flexible bellow, thermal insulation an d rain cap; xlpe armoured power cable of adequate size from dg output to existing main lt panel through cable trays/conduits with glands, lugs and end terminations; motorized/manual interlocked change over s witch of adequate rating; all control and amf wiring; pre-commissioning checks, no load and full load testin g at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% load, amf operation test, earthing resistance and insulation resistance measurement with submission of test reports, o&m manuals anc as-built drawings; all as per is codes, cea regulations, cpcb iv+ norms and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site. any item omitted but required f or complete and satisfactory commissioning shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and the qu oted rate shall be deemed inclusive of all such items. the complete dg set installation shall be covered un der comprehensive on-site warranty for a period of 5 (five) years or 8000 hours of operation whichever expi res earlier from the date of commissioning, covering repair/replacement of defective parts due to manufact uring defects in materials anc workmanship including all labour, transport and incidental charges with man datory periodic preventive maintenance services at prescribed intervals during the entire warranty period.
