| 2 | Dismantling of hydraulic accumulators completely and checking the condition of the Shell, bladder, Fluid port body, Anti-extrusion ring and other parts etc.,The work involves draining the remaining fluid in the accumulator after it is disconnected from the system, Unscrewing valve protection cap and cap nut, Releasing the nitrogen pressure using the charging and testing kit, Removing gas valve assembly using gas valve wrench, placing Accumulator on assembly bench, removing bleed adaptor and valve, loosening and unscrewing locking ring with a C-spannar, removing of bonded seal, O-ring, washer, back-up ring and anti-extrusion ring, Removing Fluid port body & bladder from the shell and Cleaning of all parts by solvent & Inspection of Shell, bladder, Fluid port body, Anti-extrusion ring and other parts. |
| 3 | Assembling of hydraulic accumulators with new/old bladderThe work involves Lubricating the inside of the shell and the outside of the bladder with clean system fluid, pulling the rod and bladder through the fluid port, Fold anti-extrusion ring slightly and insert it into the fluid port body, Assembly the oil valve through extrusion ring, installing the gas valve assembly using torque wrench, Assembling of bonded seal, seal kit (O-ring, washer, back-up ring etc.,) to the fluid port body, screw in bleed adaptor and valve in fluid port body and tightening securely with lock ring. |
